We use USPS & UPS to get your orders to you. We charge a flat $7 delivery charge for all orders under $150. All orders over $150 ship FOR FREE!
Online Shipping Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on merchandise in new, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, within 30 days from the date of your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and undamaged. If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the items. Please note, items that show signs of wear, are missing tags, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Pointe shoes are not returnable under any circumstances.
For health reasons tights and all forms of undergarments are not returnable.
In-store pickup returns are for store credit only.
