Can I visit your store in person?

ABSOLUTELY!! Our store is what we do best! We will never be able to fit all of Encore's AWESOMENESS into this itty bitty online site. You will always find TONS of unique, fun and fashionable dancewear and gift items in our constantly changing in store stock. Besides all that, we just plain ol' love to visit with all our dancers and their families. Come on in!

I fell in love with something I saw in your store but I cant find it on this website. Can I order it?

Most likely, YES! A lot of our favorite items are in-store only. If it's still in our store, we will ship it to you. If we need to order it for you, we will do that and deliver it to you once it arrives. Just give us a call or email us.

When Can I expect my order to be shipped?

If we have your items in stock (which we usually do, our in store inventory is HUGE!) your order will leave our store in 1 to 2 business days.

On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, it will be special ordered and will leave our store in 3 to 10 business days.

Can I bring a group of my students to be fit for shoes together?

Yes, we love group fittings!

We do ask that you call ahead to schedule a day & time.  We like to treat our group fittings as a “special event”.  This takes proper staff on hand and a bit of planning and preparation!
